1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BENTOU website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you have any questions or don't agree with these terms of service, please feel free to reach out, otherwise, we ask that you do not proceed with using our services and/or products.

2. Products and Services

BENTOU offers pet oral care products developed under veterinary supervision. Product descriptions, ingredients, functional and efficacy claims are provided for informational purposes. Results may vary between individual pets.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX). Prices are listed inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days of confirmation. A flat shipping fee of ¥550 (tax included) applies to all domestic orders. Orders totaling ¥5,000 or more qualify for free shipping.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of product arrival, provided the product is unopened and unused. For returns due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, Bentou will cover the shipping costs. Please contact hello@bentou.co to initiate a return or exchange.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product formulations, is the property of SATO bio Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

SATO bio Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
